We do have this Item in stock and we do ship it Via Ground Shipping from our warehouse in Miami, FL and it usually take 2-4 Business days to deliver depending upon customer location. The Reason for the Delayed Delivery was Liners Availability as they were on Back Order and we discussed this on Phone with you and we agreed on waiting till liners availability and delivery which took 7 business days to deliver. We still do have standard Liners, Pistons, Camshaft, Oil Pump in our stock ready to deliver, But oversized liners are on back order with 1 business week wait time.
