HEAVENPRIMEReviews of heavenprime.com

This is a scam company. I transferred money to them on May 15th, and they haven't delivered the goods. I've tried to contact them, but they don't answer the phone or reply to emails. All their reviews are fake. I will do everything to get my money back.

I placed Order #31095 on March 17, 2025, for $837.74 USD. The order was cancelled by HeavenPrime on July 16, supposedly due to "Customer cancellation"—which is completely false, as I never canceled anything. The products were never delivered, and despite multiple attempts to contact their support (emails to support, contact and sales plus messages via their website form), I have received no response whatsoever. It has now been several days with no refund and zero communication from the company. Payment status shows “voided” on their end, but my money was never returned. At this point, I’m forced to escalate the issue through my bank and file a formal dispute. This is not how a serious business operates. Avoid this store—there is no customer service, no accountability, and no respect for buyers.

We paid for the order over 2 months ago and have not received the products. They don’t have a phone number to call. They don’t respond to chat support. They respond sporadically to emails and say they will update us but they never do. Scammers!

I want to warn everyone about Heaven Prime LLC, as I had a terrible experience with them. I placed an order on 10th December and made the payment immediately. Initially, their chat support and email team were responding, but after I sent the payment screenshot, they stopped replying altogether. Despite sending 20-25 emails over the past several weeks, I haven’t received a single response. Neither their chat support nor their email support is functional now. I even tried calling their contact number multiple times, but no one answers. It’s been over 20 days, and there’s no way to contact them to either get the product or request a refund. This company seems to be a complete scam. I strongly advise everyone to avoid them and protect yourself from falling into their trap. Stay cautious!

I ordered my product on 24 November 2024 now its 5 December 2024 but didn't get my purchasing invoice. and also didn't get tracking id for my order too slow service work with them at your own responsibility.

I already understood, these people are fraudulent. They never send the orders, steal people's money. All positive feedbacks are written by their own side. I ordered in November 20. When I wrote them why you don't send, the answer was will be sent soon. They ignore now my emails and chat messages.
