I am new to heaven and herbs. I can’t say I was very excited that I found your website. I’ve been looking for something to help me with arthritis and my son with his health issues. I’ve used pure herbs in the past and they have always been a blessing. Molly

The first time I ordered everything went smooth this last time I wanted to order my herbs I had to put my password in could not get my password I have forgotten my password could not reset my password tried to call the company with no success for several days then finally I tried again & everything went smooth like the first time and didn't have to put a password. Service is great except for needing a password which doesn't make sense
