Signed up managed to build up a large pot (five figures), constantly getting messages on email to encourage to gamble more and was informed (have in writing) the more you bet the quicker verification will be, they never verified my account even after numerous communications with chat, promises of escaltion never happened, its clear they don't want you to win and to bet it away , the notion of betting more to move up the verification ladder is predatory and shows what a casino you are playing at. Had a email saying Im in 5th place for a competition that is not listed on their website and to keep wagering as theres a chance you can win a prize. Decided to just play it away as there wasnt a chance they would pay out, I do play at other casinos winning similar amounts without issue. I originally found them on casino guru to test the water (they are normally trust worthy albiet the reviews on there are from players with one review), I have since messaged casino guru to edit their listing as their daily max withdrawal is €1000 rather than the listed €10k ,quite happy to find out early rather than be in a position where deposits are large to then subsequently find out that they will delay. There are some very good overseas providers out there, I cannot recommend heats and this is coming from a player who likes to give the benefit of the doubt, I wouldnt say they are a scam but I would say they are not trustworthy on the basis that they suggest to play more to move up verification.
