his company is the best in the business, hands down. I attempted to order a cheaper version and it's garbage.

We will ONLY buy Geo Knight heat presses. Their machines are built to last a lifetime and their customer service is OUTSTANDING. If you're looking to purchase from a company that will be there to support you, Geo Knight is the company to purchase from. We currently operate 3 of their heat presses. Their equipment is reliable and so is their support. When we were 'new' to the industry they were there to answer ALL (and believe me there were many) of our questions. We know hands down we can trust their expert opinion and their equipment. An honest to goodness company that stands behind their amazing product line. Geo Knight Co. has a customer for life!

We regard Aaron Knight as the worlds foremost heat press expert ....last week ( March 2016 ) we asked Aaron what is that white fibrous pads that come with each DC 16 were for ...Aaron's answer : " This relates to,a sublimation printing process of ceramics . Because this fibrous pad is heat resistant it could be used to build up an area so it's not flat on the bottom pad eg a pocket area so the side areas / seams are beneath the the pocket area that is being heat pressed." .

We were able to address our issues and effect an immediate remedy. We were back into production within 30 minutes. Initially, we inquired with one of our sublimation suppliers but they were unable to help beyond what we already tried. Geo Knight was able to pinpoint the issue right away and offer a fix just as quickly.
