Ordered a pair of behind the ear aids on October 30. Credit card payment processed. No communication from them. Tried phoning several times. Was able to leave a message once. Have sent several emails. No response. Still nothing from them. I have submitted complaint to Facebook and just get response that they don’t think their policies have been violated. Update Nov. 30. Still no communication from them.

Placed my order on 10/15, called on 10/21. They said my order was ready to ship. Went to track the order and it said Order Could Not Be found. Have sent 6-7 emails only one was answered on the 21st. Tried to call and only get the fast busy tone, like the phone is off the hook. VERY POOR customer service and delivery of product. They were quick to charge my card though.

Like many here this company is to be avoided . They never reply to your emails and do not confirm a tracking number even . I have my doubts they will send . I will be in touch with my credit card company to see if they will refund
