Bracelet was not customized to the length specified. It is unwearable—falls off the wrist. Also arrived with scuffs, and detailing is cheaply painted on.

I purchased an item from these folks. It came and is not what I was expecting or ended up wanting. There is nothing in the return policy stating that it cannot be returned. I even sent them their own return policy, which says that within 30 days an item can be returned for a full refund. They are refusing to accept the refund and trying to push for an exchange. Save your money don’t purchase anything from these clowns.

I ordered 2 sterling bands and paid for overnight shipping. The rings arrived and 1 was a size too small. I immediately contacted the company. Since it was the weekend, they said they would let me know what they could do on Monday. It’s now Thursday and they want to charge me $40 to “resize” a plain band that is too thin to be resized. There was nothing personalized in the rings. Of course they want me to pay the $40 before giving me return instructions. Shady! I hope this review makes you think twice about ordering from this company, because if for whatever reason it’s not what you wanted, you will be stuck with it anyway. Poor business ethics.

Ordered a "Solid Back" Sterling Silver ring and received a hollow ring with two big cracks and no hallmark with a 5 day delay. Customer support refuses to issue a refund.

I tried to return the necklace I bought for my wife but was unable to. It was not customized in any way. Never even worn once. Terrible experience.

Absolute disaster. I ordered a 14 carat gold pocket watch for my brother. He was terminal and this would be his last birthday. I wanted him to have something special to give to his grandson. I followed the directions to add a monogram on the back side of the watch. Review screen showed a solid gold back with script letters 1 in x 1 in. Instead, when I received the watch, the back of the watch had a window that consumed almost the entire back side. The window showed the watch mechanism. The monogram was less than 0.25 in x 0.25 inches. You could barely read it. When I called to discuss the discrepancy, I was told that was the design for that model of the watch even though they approved my review showing a sold back with large monogram. I spent the next 5 days negotiating how to resolve the issue with no resolution which meant the watch would not reach my brother in time for a huge birthday celebration planned by the family. Also, they shipped the watch in a gift box that was too shallow to close so they taped the watch in the box. Then put it in a paper sack bag and shipped by Amazon. No padding or protection from rough handling. No warranty, no instructions to set or wind the clock. Their solution was for me to pay to overnight the watch back to HS. A new monogram would be moved to the front cover. Then they would ship it to my brother without me getting to see it let alone wrap it up nicely as a gift. We were traveling for his celebration and would be back home before the watch arrived. I made them aware of the importance of this gift the same day I received it, 5 days earlier! Total disaster! PS. Note- they only show the good reviews on their website.

Ordered sterling silver engraved cufflinks - not sterling silver and can’t read inscription - want me to pay more so I can read it. Don’t waste your time

I ordered 3 sterling silver lockets and received stainless steel. I sent all the lockets back in the envelope they provided me (which had no tracking). They claim it has not been received after 2 months & refuse to do anything about it. So now I am out $600 and have no jewelry to show for it. Shady company with bad customer service.
