I'm a physician trained in Internal Medicine and Addiction Medicine and recently completed the Heart Math Certification for Health Care Professionals and the Trauma-Focused one. For the price of the course ~$400...the videos were ok...mostly about 10-15 minutes but a majority of the content was more advertising on why you should do Heart Math! I wish they would have included more videos on the actual breathwork/coherence so people could simply practice with a trained facilitator demonstrating each of the techniques. In addition, you have to download and/or print off each of the handouts yourself which is very time consuming. So, again, for the price I wish they would either send us a hard copy/binder/or just a pre-printed packet of material to save us the time and/or allow us to download the entire course in 1, 2 or even 3 PDFs total so we don't have to separately DL like 50-75 different handouts and worksheets. Finally- the link where it asks you to provide feedback didn't work so I messaged the support team and no response. I also got a phone call from a very nice gentleman a few days after I completed the course and I gave him all of the above feedback. He said he'd take it to the larger team and circle back and no response. I just felt overall like the course and the associated books you can buy on Amazon have quite a bit of content that tries to convince you even more to buy their products instead of just focusing on the actual content.
