Heartland is very honest and upfront regarding your tax situation. During COVID-19 they (Jessica) adjusted to the "new normal" and kept us informed.

Heartland was the THIRD tax assistance firm I retained. The other two, Optima, and BlackFin IRS Solutions, didn't measure up to Heartland. I would heartily recommend Heartland to anyone who has to deal with the IRS.

The people that I worked with at The Heartland Group had a lot to put up with when it came to working with me. I am an older, single woman with not many assets and I was in real trouble when I found them. Anyway, they were patient, answered all my questions (sometimes multiple times!) and in general got me squared away. I have already talked to them about the next steps.
