I participated in the June tournament "The Winning Route" and completed 11 of 15 levels. This tournament completed on June 30, 2026 but I never saw ranking listings posted. On July 11, 2026 I contacted customer service to inquire and was told that the results had been taken down. Curious if anyone else participated and if anyone ever saw the results posted. I spent a fair amount of money during the event, had three separate withdrawal requests denied with no explanation. I repeatedly sent ID for verification, even though my account was verified back in April 2026. The last withdrawal request was denied and the winnings removed for "mixing of bonuses". I have emailed an appeal request to both support and document departments containing screenshots taken during play proving that my win came from deposit, one bonus and return of a cancelled withdrawal(playthrough requirements already met). I even included a screenshot of the system trigger when all playthrough requirements were met and a screenshot of the bonus max cashout. As of today, not even an acknowledgement of my email and customer service chat tells me that there is "nothing we can do". Even an offer to refund deposits would be acceptable. Worst gaming experience ever.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I requested a $100 withdrawal on Wednesday, which was denied on Friday because their wagering tracker froze at $600.90/$1000. I wagered hundreds past that, and multiple agents (Miles and Gina) explicitly confirmed in writing that my playthrough WAS completed, the system had automatically triggered the coupon reversal, and the backend tracker was glitched. Gina promised a finance resolution within an hour. Instead, I spent the next four hours dealing with the most abusive customer service loop I have ever experienced. An agent named Egan repeatedly pasted generic welcome scripts and immediately slammed the chat shut when asked for an update or a manager's email. Another agent, Jane Parker, lied about checking my notes, tried to feed me the same frozen $600.90 stat, and then copy-pasted the exact same robotic script word-for-word twice in a row while completely ignoring my messages. To top off the absolute disrespect, right before Jane shut the chat window on me, she dropped a tone-deaf, predatory marketing pitch telling me "your next big win could be just around the corner.

This casino administration is extremely exploitative and condescending. They knowingly encourage players to make actions that will disqualify them from withdrawing, and they don’t give any information about adverse consequences. They just wait til you already win to inform you that they guided you to be ineligible to make a withdrawal, and then the condescending “customer service” rep basically slandered me and justified the intentionally deceptive practices used by the establishment. Don’t recommend anyone go here unless you’re up for being scammed

Won on no deposit bonus and I logged out to come back later when I logged back in my money was gone. When speaking with customer service rep she was extremely condescending with nothing but excuses, no explanation other than I played the money which I absolutely DID NOT! I WOULDNT RECOMMEND ANYONE PLAY WITH THIS CASINO NOT EVEN ON THEIR FREEPLAY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE DISAPPOINTED!!!
