I’m giving 4 stars simply for the Vaccum penis pump (Male Enhancement Pump) have not used the new black (male enlargement pump or penis head pump). Although the vacuum portion and the seal work very good, they only provide one size suction cup. The size of the hole is the size of my middle finger! This silicone cup is very difficult to penetrate the device but with lubricant and the suction/vacuum turned on will enable entry however when removing your penis from the pump, it’s extremely difficult because of the one size silicone suction cup. If they had various sizes, this pump would be incredible to use with your partner but unfortunately, the pain and discomfort trying to remove it you’re better off using it as exercise equipment for your penis only. Great idea but needs some modifications and all the directions are in Chinese, which makes it very difficult to even read but luckily it’s self-explanatory 2 modes. One mode is auto and the other is manual with a vacuum release button! I will say they do offer a lot of ed pills that are often on sale or other promotions.
