I would reorder again, that is if I get my doctor to send me my prescription so I can fax it to them for the next order

Everything is great except...
Good customer service but not a big fan of their constant price increases.

Thanks for the review Val. We agree. We are not a fan of the 2x a year price increases as well. It's not our call however, it's the manufacturers who see that their patents will only be enforceable for a few more years. Knowing they have a good thing, they raise their prices and we have to follow suit to survive as a business. We do specials when we can, and there are price breaks for ordering in higher quantities. Take advantage of them for the best savings and value. Thanks

Puzzled???
I have ordered from you in the past without any difficulty. This time however I had a bit of a hassle. I had to make the confirmation call when I ordered through the internet. I still was not approved until I called back and had to go through all of those health questions again even though I answered them on the web. The person at your end of the phone had a condescending tone of voice. I thought it would be easier and more private to order over the internet but it seems to be more of a hassle. In the future, should I make an order, I will make my order over the phone .
