Not satisified.
On my previous order, the one before the last, I ordered and paid for 10 tablets but was shipped 5. I made repeated attempts to contact someone and only suceeded in leaving voice mail messages.This issue remains unresolved and demonstrates poor customer service. I will not be placing further orders unless this problem is corrected.

Hi Nate, I see your comment on your newest order stating you were shorted 5 pills on your previous order. We never did receive an email from you, as I checked all company emails with your email address. I also see no notes of you calling in to notify us of your shortage. If you still have that pill card handy from the order 7/12/2013, please take a camera phone picture of the missing pills and I will send you another 5 pills today. You may also return the pill card to the address on the top of the card, so the pharmacy can see their mistake and reship you another 5 units. Please call me below so we can resolve. I spoke to my best freind regarding viamedic service,I placed my order on 8/28,and received my order 8/30,2day's delivery time,unheard of. with customer service like this why shop anywhere else.

Heads Up Guys !
I was able to place an order via -- Viamedic's chat line. The man who helped me was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He made the ordering experience easy and all that was enhanced when a discount was offered. This was my second time ordering from Viamedic, the first time being via telephone with a woman who was borderline rude. That's why I waited awhile before trying them again, and this time via online communication. I recommend that method. The product itself is as genuine as anywhere and overall, I am now a committed customer to Viamedic. They will be hearing from me again when it's time to re-order.
