The ordering, as always, has been a breeze. Even getting a call to go over the medical questionnaire, the issue that I have is when I didn't get a tracking and I contact the medical place, they called me and asked if I was going to get a tracking. The guy I spoke to was extremely rude, had a very smartass attitude. Of the things we were trying to counteract, and it just really fits the environment we're in. No one has real customer service anymore. Everybody feels like if they're on the phone or internet, they can just get snippy with people, like it won't have no effect, and it did!

They were quick to put the order thru. After they sent the order it actually arrived 3 days earlier than anticipated

Do not recommend. Never once received an order confirmation or status after ordering. After four days waiting for something, anything, to indicate they were processing my order, I contacted support. Turns out the online support chat is completely unresponsive. I left my email requesting a status update and never received a response. A week later their pending charge has mysteriously dropped. Not a single email update the entire time. Still have no communication as to what's going on. This company acts like a fly by night operation. Who knows what they're doing with your data? Complete waste of time.

All good….Product is a little pricey.

you charged us $58 and sent us 2 bottles of some prostate medicines that we never ordered or wanted. I have no prostate issues. I called to ask for a refund and the person answering the phone said he needed to have a manager call me....still waiting. I'll never use this service again.
