Horrible app, extremely slow, NOT intuitive, very very limited selection,NO information on products; etc... Will never use again!

I'd say their customer service sucks if it wasn't for the fact their customer service is non existent , I've wrote them 3 times now in the last month I've received ZERO replies......I'm going to go somewhere that doesn't use healthy benefits plus

I was placing my monthly order and was told I owe $22.40 and I paid then the charges started over 1400.00 dollars worth ,when I called the company I got the run around,there is no reason for me paying that money other toget my info beware of the spendable card, I was scammed.

Not all items listed can be purchased using allotted money given. After choosing items and checking out, a message is given that one or more items will have to be paid for by another method, but it doesn’t tell you which ones. I feel items listed in the categories should all be able to be purchased using the allotted money in the accounts. I do not like how this is set up. Very misleading in letting us believe all items can be purchased from the menu/catagories shown.

The search bar only allows lookup by product number or catalog number...THERE IS NO KEYWORD OR PRODUCT NAME SEARCH AVAILABLE!!! NONE of the numbers from the product containers returned results FOR PRODUCTS ORIGINALLY PUR HASED FROM THE UHC CATALOG!!!

Healthy Benefits that is under Care Plus is stealing money in different ways to members. They stole $74.67 from my account. It was a purchase on Walmart in California and I live in Orlando, Florida. I contact Care Plus customer service and they said they are not responsible for that Scam.

No customer service to help with the countless issues. I think they are skimming the money from the Eligible people and there are many ways they can disburse our money to those that are undeserving. They stole a whole month of credits in May and I couldn't get help so I let it go. Since then I haven't been able to order from them so I use Wal-Mart. Each time they say I have exceeded my available credits. This month they skimmed 55.00. It's time everyone starts reporting this illegal behavior.

WORST CARD AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT EVER!!! I am disabled and 31 years old so I have this card that is supposed to help me pay for groceries as well as other things. Unfortunately, THIS CARD IS USELESS TO PEOPLE WHO CAN'T DRIVE DUE TO A DISABILITY! I have called them soooooo many times, some in which they hung up on me, to tell them I cannot drive so I cannot go to a physical location and I do all my shopping online. They are liars saying on the website/app you can buy online because you can't! I `tried buying health products from Walmart online only to find out my order was immediately cancelled by Healthy Benefits even though health products is something they said I can buy. I called yesterday asking why I cant buy online and a guy named Brian said "With this card you can't make online purchases" than why does the stupid website say you can buy online! This card is useless to me!
