Many issues with this unprofessional company. Shipping Policy and FAQ pages throw 404 errors. Return policy is contradictory and confusing. Payment is processed immediately, not at time of shipping. Tracking info never updates from 'Order placed.' Email address on website does not respond to messages. Everything about it seems like a scam until the mattress randomly shows up at your door one day! Oh and the label is a sticker instead of being sewn in to the mattress, and it's labeled with the name of a different company.

This place is a copy paste from thefutonshop.com They use identical photos and descriptions. They are likely doing this because they ruined their old name. Don't shop here and be fooled
