Dear Maria, we try our best to satisfy all our customers despite having difficulties with freight companies and inventory during this difficult time (COVID-19). Now I think you should question yourself on who is dishonest here: Your order was already shipped and while it was in transit you decided to cancel your order, we had to pay $250 to bring it back to our warehouse and we didn’t charge you anything, furthermore you got a full refund within hours. Thank you for your dishonest review, we really appreciate it.

Hey David, I don’t think we deserved a 1-star review after giving you the most responsive customer service and provided you with the most accurate information we had on hands. Anyway, I’m sorry you’re disappointed but we don’t have any control on the freight companies and when exactly they will be able to deliver us all the machines due to the Covid-19 situation. It’s too bad that you canceled your order because we got them back in stock just last week and they were sold out just today. If you would have kept your order on backorder you would have already gotten it. Have a good one.
