I am a new student just completed orientation yesterday so I can not say much about the school but I will update this post in a few months. Wish me Luck 🍀

It was intimidating to begin the Health Tech Academy Surgical Technologist program without any medical experience, but the helpful teachers and engaging online environment made the process go well. They even assisted me in locating an externship, which is quite beneficial.

I am currently halfway through HTA's Medical Billing and coding course. The modules are still simple and easy to understand. The program's speed is appropriate,yet for more difficult subjects,a little more in-person engagement would be helpful. It really helps that the instructors are patient and provide clear answers to problems.

Health Tech Academy's Medical Assistant Bootcamp was pretty solid. The online setup meant I could fit study time in after my day job. I am thankful for this opportunity

It was overall a great experience. I was able to complete this course while traveling throughout multiple weeks. The only thing I would say is the things taught in the slides does not reflect the quiz material at all. There was lots of help throughout though and overall it is on you to learn some of the material.

Quick and easy course that readily prepares you to be an RDA. I will say that you should expect to complete a separate radiology program accredited by your state if you want to perform all DA duties. Otherwise, I enjoyed the course material and the helpfulness of the staff.
