Disgusting “business”. They’re not a real company. They’ll reply to you within minutes when you’re signing up, but after you request a refund within the timeline PER THEIR POLICY they ghost you and think they can just keep people’s money as if attorneys don’t exist. I’m currently filing against them with my attorneys and bank as well. Don’t waste your time or energy or money. Their program is ran by people who can’t even put together a coherent sentence it was actually painful to try and even watch their educational videos I was losing brain cells. Just go to a real school with people who are actually educated. Edit: Do not reply to me telling me to contact your “support” email. I clearly have done so in order to get a refund and cancellation and you have IGNORED me through that email. Even the academic “advisors” that were initially speaking to me have suddenly been ignoring me as well. How convenient right? You guys are going to see and find out how serious my attorneys are and how they’ll handle this matter “promptly” as well. We always win against scammers.

When someone posts a negative or truthful review about their experiences, a so-called “concerned student” will often appear in the comments — claiming they had a “great experience” and suggesting that your statements are false. This is misleading and deceptive. It’s a way to silence valid complaints and confuse prospective students. 🚫 Do not be fooled. ✅ Always verify information directly. ✅ Protect yourself by keeping copies of emails, course materials, and payment records. Students deserve transparency — not manufactured testimonials or false attacks. Stay cautious and stand firm in your truth.

They claim theyre acceedited but theyre not They dont help you secure an externship instead they give you a script and a list of hospitals to call. I called and emailed every place near me and since theyre not accredited their “education” which is just a bunch of youtube videos isnt trusted. I paid 3400 to not be able to get a job or take the state test for surgical tech

This is one of the worst health care academies I've encountered. I took the Surgical Tech class here, and after finishing the program, I found there was no clinical placement or any additional health training. The materials provided during the program differed significantly from the questions on the NCCT board exam. If you try to call for help, no one answers. Please take my advice: study somewhere else that truly cares about it. Don’t waste your time and money here. Remember, you are responsible for finding your own clinical placements; they won't assist you with that.

I enrolled in HealthTech Academy’s Technology Program in June 2024 and paid $4,000 in full. The school advertised externship placement and job support, but nearly a year later I have not been placed in an externship. Throughout the program I dealt with misleading advertising, unresponsive instructors and advisors, and even overcharges on my account — including being charged again after I had already paid my tuition in full. I also discovered that the certification they provide is not widely accepted by local hospitals or employers, something that was never disclosed before I enrolled. I tried multiple times to get help from the school, but received little to no meaningful support. I am requesting either immediate externship placement or a full refund of my tuition. At this point, I cannot recommend this school to others.

Do not do it. Its not was it promised and they don’t help whit job externship. I was looking more information in every place about this school . Do not get in . its not worth it

Hello well I also felt like it was a scam ... the email has link to to boot you straight to a Payment portal and the discounted details feel a little odd.. I am stuck between a hard place ans rock with this one.. I mean of course I want the convenience of online education but I also was to make sure my time is accredited. The communication seems a bit rushed and all over the place . I was actually told to follow up with the reviews on trust polite but it actually confused me further ... I truly don't know what step ro move forward with ... please helppp😔

I was interested in the program, looking to get certified as a MA. I thought that it was kind of weird that the person who reached out to me sttd he tried to call and he sent me emails regarding the program never received any of that. I then called, and he sttd both times randomly in the phone call “the call Is being recorded” most businesses accredited ones at that do not state that in random parts of the phone call. He was not informative at all just simply sttd he would send an email. His name is Marlon. I get a bad feeling like this is a scam, and after reading reviews i decided not to go further with health tech academy. Fast forward this morning this will be the 3rd email call and Text since last Friday. I told him I wasn’t interested in starting until January and told him I’d reach out when I was ready. And like I said after my encounters with him, and deciding not to move forward. I kindly messaged him after he texted me asking him to please stop contacting me he then replied back “ That's all you had to say in the first place, than playing games like you're seriously interested Stop playing games” and “ No worries, I know you couldn't afford the program. It’s okay” VERY unprofessional and definitely a scam. I reached out to the admissions to speak to a supervisor, I was called back within the hour stting that this person “was let go” I don’t believe it for one second. I would not recommend health tech academy just based off my interactions with these people, and also the reviews. Doesn’t seem like a legit program.
