I ordered trizepitide from Healthsource online because they had positive reviews. My order was lost in transit for a few days and the ice packs were completely thawed when I finally recieved. I refrigerated the product as soon as I received it then decided to take the product, and got completely sick. Currently experiencing fevers, chills, headaches flu like symptoms after taking product.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. DO NOT TRUST THEM. First of all, they would not provide information on their pharmacy which is already sketchy. Their injections were incredibly late and Veronica promised a refund of the extra $30 you pay for shipping and she lied. Every time I call back and ask for her or a manager, they hang up on my face. Karl Sison reached out offering me $25 to make a review of the product and when I did, he never provided that to me as well. After I called and asked to speak with the manager, apparently named Chris, no one answered my calls or emails anymore. SHADY SHADY SHADY. Save your money and go with CosmeticRX. Their product works, they are transparent about their pharmacy, they have real customer service and don't buy their reviews!

I bought the 6-week tirzepatide and they sent me a bottle set to expire in 4 weeks and said it was all I get and to use it after expiration. The pharmacist insisted I throw it away after 4 weeks, because it grows bacteria and can be dangerous. When I emailed HealthSource asking for the last 2 weeks, they didn't respond, but rather canceled my subscription. I feel cheated, and would like either the second bottle or a refund. How are they legally allowed to insist we inject expired medicine?

I purchased a Groupon for semaglutide from Health Source Online that I believe was falsely advertised. I also experienced disrespect and harassing interactions from one of the customer service representatives when following up with questions about the dosing schedule. The Groupon stated that the "full dose includes up to 2.25 mg Semaglutide; only the starter dose is available if not currently taking it," and that dosage would vary based on consultation and recent GLP-1 use. I have been taking GLP-1 medications for over a year and provided documentation of my current prescription and dosage. Despite this, Veronica, a Health Source Online representative, told me that all Groupon purchasers receive the same starter-dose schedule regardless of prior GLP-1 use, and that I would need to pay an additional $199 per month to receive a higher dose comparable to my current regimen. In my opinion, this is false or misleading advertising because it contradicts the terms presented in the Groupon listing. When I questioned this discrepancy, my order was canceled and fully refunded without my authorization, even though I requested that the order still be processed. During this interaction, Veronica was rude and disrespectful and repeatedly called me multiple times after our conversation had ended, which I found unprofessional and harassing. Based on my experience, I would urge prospective customers to carefully review the terms of this offer and seek clarification in writing before purchasing.

I So they were supposed to providing me with a $25 refund and have yet to do so. I have called and emailed and no response. Please be cautious with this company! purchased the 6 week program: Pros- came in 48 hours of me purchasing the Groupon. I set up to be notified by text so I could answer all messages instantly. I was contacted in less than an hour, my fast responses I believe lead to my fast delivery. Con- the doctor asked if I wanted to start higher than 2.5 and I said yes since I'm on 2.5 for over a month and he still started me on 2.5. They switched to a new pharmacy and explained that's the reason why they start out on a lower dose and don't go as high as in to the past. I purchase 2/17/26 thinking I would go up to 17.5 possibly and my highest available is 7.5 (see screenshot).

To begin, I felt very un important. ALL im saying about MY experience. Is there are ALOT of companies that will teach there staff, and not disregard me. I had very frustrating experience.

I did not receive my prescription. I sent an email to their email address, info@healthsourceonline. I received a reply that it was being looked into. I did not receive a reply to my follow-up email. I looked up their website and it was down that day, so I did not have a phone number. Today, the website is up, I called the contact phone number during their business hours and no one answered .

My subscription was cancelled without any reason after the payment was processed. I still haven't heard back from them. I have made several attempts to contact them through email and the portal. They have not responded. I want a refund for the coupon I purchased and the shipping fee that was paid for. The service provided was terrible and there wasn't any commitment to the customer! There is a lack of respect! I am not recommending them to anyone.
