The medication is not approved by the FDA and absolutely did not work for me. I’ve taken Semaglutide before but it was approved by the FDA and it completely took my appetite away. There is something wrong with their formula. I attempted to contact the doctor but received a one line response from him that when I increased the dosage it would work. I’ve increased the dosage and my appetite almost seems to have increased. What a waste of my money!

I’d prefer to give zero stars. This company is not approved by the Better Business Bureau. Healthsource Online is a scam. I made a purchase through Groupon at a discounted price of about $68 and when I tried to redeem my Groupon on HSO’s website they told me I already redeemed it. I had just purchased it- I never used or redeemed the Groupon. I tried several times to get in touch with someone to refund me but it’s nearly impossible. You will have better luck getting in touch with the president than you will with their customer service girl. She responded to me one time and gave me a link that was supposed to allow me to actually use my Groupon. The link she sent me charged me AGAIN for what I had already purchased through Groupon, only this time it charged me $335. So I paid them twice and was never given my money back when I received absolutely NONE of their services. I never communicated with a doctor or filled out any paperwork. They scammed me for $335+$68+$25 shipping fee+ another $25 shipping fee when NOTHING was shipped to me.

SCAM. prescribed LOWER DOSE purposely. Before it got semt tp pharmacy i notified bot so called physician and customer service via phone and email. portal replied that she dont know they told her 4 weeks when and i had to contact customer service. it clearly shows my subscription no one replied to that. now i have the wrong prescrition less than what i paid for. Response time is outrageous! You dont actually get to speak to anyone. Pre recorded videp. they do NOT reply to emails or portal messages. Im getting my money back from my bank.

Unreliable Pharmacy - My initial Rx prescription took over two months to arrive, even though I had already been charged for three months. Then, after finally receiving my prescription for two months, it suddenly stopped without any heads up, stating that their pharmacy could not longer deliver to my state. Lastly, because there was so much confusion, I supposedly filled out the wrong form for the wrong month and so they refunded me the lesser balance for the third month. They still owe me $64.00!

I purchased a Groupon. Health source has redeemed my voucher 5/29/24 they have not sent my order & they’ve been so swamped with emails they don’t reply & can’t get ahold of them by phone.

This has been the worst experience trying to make a purchase online I’ve ever had. I redeemed a Groupon voucher for weight loss meds and was told there was a problem at the pharmacy. Waited weeks…no medication…asked for a refund…communication almost non existent…cannot talk to a human being. They finally canceled the Groupon order at my request since they couldn’t fill the order. Then they hit my bank account for $434 for a subscription that I thought had been canceled when they couldn’t fulfill the Groupon order. It’s been 2 weeks of trying to get my money back and the only interaction has been that they are looking into it. This company is a scam. I have been robbed of my finances and my time. Very stressful!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Or Health Solutions. Still haven’t received any meds or a refund. I finally got a refund after I reported the transaction to my bank. I am grateful for that but sorry it took so long and the stress of the whole transaction isn’t something I would anyone else to go through.

I purchased a Groupon, entered all of the information to redeem and entered my credit card to pay the shipping charges. Instead of charging me the $35 they charged me $434! Then said it was a mistake and would refund me right away. It has been a month. I never received the prescription or my refund.

Placed an order mid May, I was charged but never received product. Contacted the company via "text" they never answer when you call. They stated they would place my account on hold. 2 days later they charged me for ANOTHER order when I never received the previous. I tried to call/ text again, they ghosted me. A day later, I texted HELLO? They asked how may we help. I went through what happened and yet again they ghosted me. 1st thing Monday morning I called my bank and explained what happened and to block them from future charges. I got all of my money back today (Thursday). DO NOT TRUST!
