Easy site to use, good product selection, good pricing and quick checkout.

HPFY’s customer service is beyond terrible. I got an email from them about a problem with my order. They asked for prescription information, which I promptly sent to them. About a week later I got a voice mail from them asking for the same information. To make a long story short, I’ve emailed them exactly six times and never gotten a response. I’ve also called their customer service line six times, and nobody has ever picked up the phone. The absolute worst!

The email I received explicitly said: YOU'VE EARNED THIS Your Reward$ + 20% off = the ultimate combo But, in reality it was I could use one or the other, not both!? False advertising makes you a liar and a cheat! Also, the “Reorder” tab for allowing you to “One-Cick” order won’t let you edit your prior ordered items. This is a very annoying hassle because some of the items that don’t interest me because they are usually backordered forever, don’t use anymore or ordered in error (that I definitely don’t want to see again) just sit there forever… I have called and talked to tech staff but “Sales” seems to be the only priority! Get it together or try to limit your selections and keep some stock on hand instead of using antiquated “Drop-Ship” approach. Or just get AI and robotics to straighten it out.
