I emailed a concern that is making me…
I emailed a concern that is making me regret buying this. And now it's tripled because since I emailed them, I have not heard a word, it's like they want nothing to do with me. The battery doesn't last 16 hours, and it doesn't have enough flow power. My oxygen levels are extremely lower than on my other conserving device.

I want to note that we always support our customers 24/7 and always respond to their emails, so this must be a miscommunication. The double battery version you purchased provides up to 13 hours of use on setting 1. For higher oxygen needs, the usage time decreases. If the machine is delivering lower oxygen levels than specified, we are eager to help, as we provide a 3-year warranty on the Inogen One G5.
