What a fantastic and life-saving company. They will never know the relief they have given me by being available. I suffer from a severe fear of needles so blood draws are a place of severe anxiety for me. Because of this service I no longer live in that fear. Not to mention, they are so nice and it's always great to talk to a real person :)

I'm very happy to report that I had a great experience with HealthieOne. This was not a place I originally sought out. Actually getting a blood work up wasn't even on my radar. I'm a subcontractor doing work for the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services ( CMS ). I was tasked with doing a quick inspection of HealthieOne. Typically I am required to collect a photo of the interior of the facility to show they are open and operational. Most places see me as a needed annoyance. But this day was different. Dr Lee was happy to see me and give me a tour of the facility and had me take many photos. See wanted people to see what a nice lab she has. Her enthusiasm and pride really impressed me. She told me how she started the lab and what they do. They go way deeper into the scope of testing your blood. She gave me a brochure to take home. I set it on my desk for a while and one night while doing some work, I read the information and decided it would be a smart move to get the test. I went online and filled out the form and hit submit. Within 5 minutes I had a call from Dr. Le thanking me for contacting them. We set up an appointment time, did a blood draw and 3 days later I had a nice report in my inbox. It was very thorough and easy to understand.. I plan to send it to my GP so they can have it on file. Dr. Le was the one doing my blood draw. I can say she is one of the nicest people I have ever met. Very gracious and kind but also very professional. I'm 72 years old and I would 100% recommend this to not only seniors but anyone that wants to get a more in depth look into their health. The bad news is, I need to drop some pounds. I already knew that. But the good news is that medically, I'm as healthy as a 62 year old. After I drop the weight, I plan to go back and do it again. I would recommend HealthieOne to everyone that cares about their health.

Anne and her team are clearly dedicated to making the HealthieOne experience smooth and thorough. My partner and I have used their services twice now and have felt very taken care of. The tests are extensive and so much more informative than the standard lipid panels. I’ve learned a lot about my health and the actions I can take to improve it.

They only required a very small amount of blood to be drawn and then they provided a report on over 280 biomarkers! Their report aligned with other tests I have had so I know it is accurate. This service is amazing and so helpful!

I recently used HealthieOne for comprehensive blood testing and had a great overall experience. Their customer service stands out, they respond to messages very quickly and always give detailed, helpful answers that actually point you in the right direction. The entire process was super simple from start to finish, and my results came back fairly fast. One thing worth noting: I chose the phlebotomist-collected blood sample option. While it worked fine, it was a little more expensive than the at-home self-collection alternative, and it ended up being more time-consuming. In hindsight, doing the test myself at home would have been much easier and saved me a lot of hassle. That said, I highly recommend HealthieOne. Their team is genuinely on top of things in a way that’s rare these days. Don’t hesitate to ask questions if you have any. Excellent service and a smooth experience overall.

There are dozens of at-home blood testing businesses on market, but this one is by far the best value for money. Not only is the set of biomarkers more comprehensive, but the customer service is bar none.

I love this product/service. For what you’re getting, it’s actually not that expensive. The process is very user-friendly and helpful if you are afraid of needles or finger-pricking. This is such a necessary company because unfortunately the USA is a pathetic joke when it comes to preventative medical care or even thorough medical care. I would highly recommend this for everyone, healthy or not.

We were very impressed to learn that prior to founding HealthieOne (Gigantest), Dr. Anne Le, led her team at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine to several breakthrough discoveries in the metabolism of cancer and other diseases. She is an extremely qualified medical professional with a truly outstanding background. Both my husband and I have used HealthieOne's services. We used the Complete Duo package for 2 people and have also done follow up tests to track changes in our health. The "at home" blood collection process is extremely easy, painless and very convenient. The time to receive the test results are very fast, the detailed, comprehensive report is very easy to understand, and the follow-up from HealthieOne's team is amazing. I have an extremely complex, chronic, undiagnosed condition and the HealthieOne team has been absolutely amazing. They helped me interpret my results and their customer service is seriously one of the best I've ever experienced. We highly recommend HealthieOne!
