I did countless hours of research on how to become a Life Coach and where/how study holistic health. HCI was, by far, the best choice I could have made. I am just about to get my Health Coach AND Life Coach certifications - in just under a year. The energy is amazing, the people you meet and work with are amazing and every single lesson (without fail) teaches you SO much to use on your clients... and on yourself, and your own journey. They even give you programs to use for clients! This was great for me as I was unsure and scared of first steps. With HCI, I didn't have to worry about that at all as the facilitators and the success coaches were here to guide me (and my classmates) in that journey. I have recommended this program to absolutely everyone who has come my way wondering about my journey. Amazing experience!!

The program is laid out very well with optional activities to keep you engaged. The program leaders have developed practice exercises throughout the program so you learn to coach right from the start In addition, they encourage multiple ways to get and stay connected to other students. I'm in week 5 and have already learned so much, it has transformed my life. I encourage anyone interested in becoming a Life/Health Coach to enroll in this program. It's all online and is one of the most economical programs out there.
