This program has sincerely changed my life. I was suffering from a chronic illness, unknown food sensitivities, anxiety, marital trouble, not being the mother I wanted to be, and I was miserable with my life. Now I am happy, healthy, my marriage is the strongest it has been in years, I'm a much better mom most of the time! I feel like I have found my purpose and that all of the roads I have taken led me here. I worked with many practice clients through this program, each with different circumstances, goals, and challenges. The program worked for all of them, seriously. New jobs, new engagements, new social circles, major life changes and all of them feeling good about themselves. If you love to help people, if you need a change, if you need to step into your own power, this is absolutely the program for you.

I absolutely love this course and do not regret spending the money, although many cheaper courses for this qualification were available. It’s worth every penny! I already had a lot of nutritional knowledge and was familiar with many techniques taught, but even with all this prior knowledge, I still learned loads. The course gives you a great framework and really helped me to structure the knowledge I had. I now know how to make my knowledge accessible to clients, how to organise programmes etc. I have gained a lot of self-confidence through the course and step by step instructions coupled with weekly practice coaching sessions are the perfect way to slowly move you closer to the reality of a job as coach. And all that said, it’s fun! Ask to get access to the trial videos, as watching them will make it easy to see if Carey and Stacy are “your cup of tea”. I totally felt connected and have loved the videos, handouts and wealth of materials supplied. Definitely highly recommended!

I was unsure of what I was getting into with an online course but this far exceeded my expectations. Professional, personal, well structured with a good body of in person support.

This program teaches you how to have a deeper connection with others on a more profound level that is empowering and exciting.It teaches you to be humble and express your gratitude in many ways. You learn how to be a better you with the tool you have.

I am so grateful for a friend who referred me to health coaching with HCI! As a nurse, I've never heard of this opportunity before she had told me she went through the program and it just spoke to me! My medical brain understands the need for preventative health and empowering people to take control of their health issues, but I didn't know HOW until I was given this opportunity!
