It was great. It was challenging at times and there is so much information to learn that its an ongoing learning experience.

The lessons were delivered well. I liked having the transcripts of the presentations to copy and use for quick reference later. The lab assignments gave us practice in what we learned. This teaching style works for both visual and auditory learners.

I learned so much and have made my life so much better. I made some great friends who are very helpful and make me want to be better. And I am looking forward to earning some money with the knowledge I have from this course.

HCI is a great program to get you into the coaching space. The program helps you get grounded around your own areas that may need some coaching and the support in their BHLC program is great. I really appreciated the peer coaching sessions more than I thought I would and find those to be of high value even after completing the program. As a graduate of TCM as well, I found that program to go much more in depth as far as coaching is concerned and the business plan. However, I would say it could be good to go outside of HCI for the advanced course as I crave other approaches to building a business now too. Stacey and Carey are great as well as the other coaches who support us and I think it is a good idea to branch out to other sources for the more advanced ways to coach and building your business.

The content and program structure were perfect for my personal growth. I feel prepared to step into my solo-preneurship as a coach. The reason why the rating isn't 5 stars is because of changes to how the cohorts could communicate with one another and then with the support team via chat. Cohort communication changed from a dedicated Facebook group for our session to HCI platform chat rooms. There was very little response that way and it was a challenge to find skills lab partners at times. The Facebook group chat also allowed us to share our successes and reach out when we struggled, I missed that interaction.

The Program gave me everything I needed to be successful in my coaching business. TCM was Transformative for me as much as it was for those I coached. My business has had some starts/stops due to personal and medical reasons. I also evolved and changed my niche as I got out and started working with my audience.

I Think the Health Coach Institute teaches important information on creating better habits. I like how they repeat the lessons over and over to help memorize the main the curriculum.
