Good basic programming. Frustrating that they keep "upselling " that the next program is to get better at coaching.... to bad that's what I thought I was getting in the BHC program. The materials are good but not as awesome as they build them to be. Not everything I'd in word docs so it's really hard to personalize some of the scripts, particularly in the life coaching program

The program is well put together and gives you everything you need to be up and running as a health coach. However, instead of "teaching a man to fish," I feel like they just "gave a man a fish," so after leaving the program I felt very unqualified to coach on anything other than the cookie cutter program they provided. As such, I've continued my health coaching education elsewhere so I can "learn to fish."

Content is basic and felt the additional resources of the advanced nutrition should be utilized in the teachings and be given during certification classes not afterwards. Some of the transformational coaching techniques were good but other parts were too generic and not very realistic for the every day client. The client used during the teachings was too vanilla meaning there was no resistance on her part. Would be very great to see example coaching calls that included resistance and examples of how to handle.
