In 2019, I was a practice client for a BHC student. Afterward, I was so impressed, I decided I wanted to become a health coach. The program transformed the way I perceive myself and my abilities. I learned how to take action with small steps towards my goals. I stepped out of my comfort zone and learned how to say "no" to tasks that drained my energy. I now regularly make time for myself, eat healthier without judgement toward my body, and the underlying resentment I felt towards others is gone. I realized I was responsible for how I allowed myself to be treated.
