I looked at a lot of coaching certification programs. I loved that this program covered both health coach and life coach certifications. I learned so much to prepare me to be the kind of coach I want to be. The business building training that's included is very valuable. Carey, Stacey, and all the Success Coaches and Staff at HCI bring such positive energy to the coaching program. I feel like part of a family!

"HCI has been a great experience. I feel that I have everything to start my own practice. It was so easy and so much fun to do. Being able to learn on my own schedule and take it at my own pace has really helped me. Thanks HCI!"

So happy I chose this program! I feel confident to jump into my coaching career with the knowledge, support, and continued access I have to learning and growth! This was everything I needed to feel supported and take this step in my life to do what I love to do, and help people find and live their best lives!

"I signed up with BHC because I already knew it takes more than just to know what to put on your plate and how to exercise to be truly healthy. I am a certified trainer and felt something was missing. People come to my gym and exercise, but not everyone gave me the impression to be truly happy. I wanted to change that. With studying the BHC program I found the missing pieces! Now I feel I have completed the puzzle of How to become a happy, healthy and fit person. In fact, I LOVE the program. The knowledge is prepared in an "easy language" and therefore usable right away to pass it on to my clients. No translation needed. This was very important to me since not everyone has finished a science education. The videos are kept short and engaging. With Carey and Stacey bringing in their own experiences it feels closer to real life. The program requires you to work with 2 practice clients which had me hesitating when I got to the point in my studies. BUT after my first session I gained confidence because I found out Carey and Stacey were right. My clients were exactly like they told us they might be. I had clients "out of the book"! I think working with practice clients is extremely valuable and really helps you gaining confidence in coaching. When I looked for a program to expand my knowledge I stumbled on BHC. Although it was a more expensive program I signed up. Why? Because I felt and still feel it is a well rounded program. You don't only gain all the knowledge in nutrition, behavior change, and life coaching but even more important you get all the tools to implement it into your coaching. You get a structured 90-Day program "ready for you" to pass it on to your clients. This is Hugh! You learn how to set up your first meeting to "sell" your program. We call it "OTR" - Opening The Relationship. Awesome! I am very happy I choose BHC for my studying because there is no better program out there to get certified as a Health Coach AND Life Coach. THANK YOU BHC-TEAM!!!"

HCI offers the great foundations to become a successful health coach and leaps you into building your own successful coaching business as well. It's their amazing support that made me chose them between so many other coaching schools.

HCI is the most well-rounded coaching program i have ever come across, and i did my homework before i signed up. What i found very powerful about this program is that you can practicing small elements of coaching from the very first week. That to me is key to a great coaching program. Thank you HCI.

It was really good support - lessons that made sense and easy to follow along - good community - frequent webinars and 1-1 coaching calls. Good practice that is part of the course to do everything you’re learning. I would recommend
