Pros and Cons
The learning content was good and convenient, but the lab work with other students is difficult to schedule because you can't make people meet with you. I still can't get my certificate because of missing labs.

I did enjoy the online course
I did enjoy the online course. But I feel like they made it seem like it would be easy to get clients. They kept talking about how they each made 6 figures in less than a year. They made it seem like that was very much possible for everyone. It’s been hard getting clients. Which I can fully understand and appreciate. I just wish they made it more realistic than what they did.

I enjoyed having the weekly schedule
I enjoyed having the weekly schedule Carey’s videos and humour Too much repetitive stuff the course could be shortened I am now starting my coaching business in Vancouver I have filled in quite a few of these reviews already and they continue to keep asking me for more

It’s ok
It’s ok, I am surprised that this course turned out to be like this. I have wanted to take this course for two years prior to when I enrolled. I felt like this would be the best one. I should’ve researched more. I tried but couldn’t find anything. Now I know why.

Very good program although very…
Very good program although very frustrating not having a phone number to call to talk live when there is an issue. Had trouble accessing the program at times, which was frustrating because it is very expensive. Difficult to get practice in when having to depend on others. Have not completed the course fully but hope to in July.

Staff Not Available. For two weeks I needed to speak with an actual human being and no one is on staff to help. I spent close to Seven Thousand dollars on this course. I would NEVER recommend HCI.
The program is very costly but it does not live up to the cost ! If you need help from a staff member you can forget it. I feel like this institution is sinking and not saying anything. I had an appointment today and the coach never showed up.

Need more BIPOC staff!
I chose not to enroll in this program because of the lack of diversity in the teaching faculty. Please bring more BIPOC folks into your staff team! Thank you!

Thank you so much for your feedback! Empowered Education is always looking for ways to increase the hiring of diverse employees, but we agree that there is always a scope to do better. Our current BHLC workforce is 25% LGBT, 25% Latina, 25% Male POC, and 25% White. We also strive to bring diversity through event guest speakers whenever possible. There is certainly more work to be done, and we will continue to find ways to advance diversity and inclusion.
