I have been experiencing life changing events, death of one Sister, COVID 19, investigation by the IRS. I have fallen behind on my course work and asked for your guidance, help and understanding. I never heard back from you. Nothing!

Not worth $5,000.00. Basically teach yourself and are responsible for finding clients in order to complete the course. I will not be accredited after completing this course. That was not what I was led to believe when I signed up and paid for the course. Very disappointing.

I had been contemplating the opportunity to become a student of HCI. Twice now, I have spoken with a “clarity coach” to entertain important questions that are raising concerns. With each call, I have asked about the accreditation (or lack of)… and also on the webinar Q/A. The coach never gives a cogent answer as to why there is no U.S. accreditation; yet they like to flaunt their international credentials (that most likely, cannot be investigated). The most recent response is: “HCI is a non traditional school of learning and because we have no grading system, we are not recognized by the Dept. of Education in the U.S.” In my research, I am finding that other training programs carry U.S. institutional accreditations. There are many besides the Dept. of Education. The coach became very defensive in her posture and withdrew her jovial demeanor. I am also finding that HCI’s marketing is their focus… do whatever it takes to rope ‘em in. From the many comments on Trust Pilot, it appears they have achieved their goal. I have experienced this business tactic before and it is obvious they care more about the money. Reading the unfavorable Trust Pilot comments has only confirmed for me, that HCI is running a game that young, gullible coeds will grab hold of, because they just don’t know any better. After attending the webinar, I got the impression the presenters weren’t very polished themselves. You could learn this very basic stuff on your own, that is, if you don’t already know it. So THANKS for confirming my suspicions… I’ll keep looking for a REAL certification program.

It's not that something went wrong but something not offered which was not being able to speak with someone on the phone regarding an issue I was trying to resolve. I was had joined a live session to be able to ask the question but it was not answered. Through emails I was informed they could not call me. I realize this is an online course. I took online classwork before a couple times but for me it is pertinent that when certain issues arise I can't count on someone taking a call to be able to walk through something with me. I have completed all my weekly videos and quizzes. I'm sure they have their reasons why they don't allow phone calls but it's not good for me. They say go to a live session or go to Facebook... But seriously if you need support then a support line/advisor type person should be able to help. I've really enjoyed the coursework and learning under the instructors, this is my only issue but it's a big issue for me to have that extra confidence knowing when I need a lil extra help I'm able to get it and keep moving on.

Don't fall for this scam!!! They make you pay $37 to listen to a one hour, high pressure sales call. The "program" ultimately will cost you $8,000.00 if you fall for it. Don't. They misuse the name of Dr. Axe. The person you talk to is not a health practitioner or even a coach, just a lowly salesman. If you do the math, the price you will pay to actually talk to a holistic health practitioner is $1,500 per hour!!! Surely you can find a real, local doctor to help you for 1/10th of that cost.

It was absolutely not worth what I payed for it. I’m not saying I didn’t learn anything I’m saying at the price, I should’ve went somewhere else. I do not recommend

I felt completely unsupported in this program. Also, misled about the content of what I’d be learning from the beginning. I would not recommend the program, it’s a waste of money.

This company had the audacity to take money they played every provoking gaslight game they could they actually messed with the logins they actually hung up phones on my face they didn't have any customer service not only did they sit there and string me along for 6 months actually was really good at what I do and they actually did everything they could to cause problems with logins and they have some off-colored Oprah jokes I didn't like and then they had some inappropriate conduct that I didn't find cute or professional then also I report them over to the board about their problematic behavior and their misconduct and not only did they hang up onto my face in their Canada office they hung up phones in my face at their Colorado and Idaho office they have a lot of misconduct that went on online and I didn't find them any type of professional and they had a poor level of delivery of service and customer service when it came down to it I find them the most deplorable failure in coaching in an institution of coaching and I recommend that they be shut down honestly I don't know who they bribed for good reviews but they were absolutely horrible and horrific I didn't find anything that they said or did funny and I don't find anything that they ever did in any way shape or form any type of cute about making fat Oprah jokes and I didn't find anything that they did to me in the logins and playing with it and William was their it that did that they should be shut down they should be sued for what they cost me $6,648 in fact they should be sued for every bit of the waste of time of six months of my time this was 2017-2018 I want you guys to know you need to be blue Air they got their pics and chooses who they work with and who they like to sit there and do right by they did me dirty and there's multiple people who had complaints so I don't know who they paid off and bribes to give them good reviews but they don't deserve it Let me further ad that they're a little response they're telling lies because they deliberately cause problems with my coaching experience in fact they sat there and strung me along for weeks and months and then when I talk to them about their it problems which their ideas on Amazon they did everything they could to lock me out of my account they made inappropriate misconducting jokes and that was Stacy Morgan Stern and Carrie Peterson and the one that made the fat Oprah joke was Carrie Peterson I haven't forgot who did it not only did they set up there and not answer the phone they hung up my face multiple times the international coaching federation was called on them I know who I talk to and the last name was Kelly and I will tell you I referred them over to have a federal investigation a civil criminal indictment against them and they should have their coaching license and they're teaching license revoked and removed they are nothing but a disgusting despicable out of order provoking gaslighting bunch of off color remark that Oprah jokes that they made and that was done in the live recording and not only did they have disconnection with the live recordings multiple time but I did finish all of my work not only did they sit there and try me but they kept on trying to press my buttons provoking gas light but what they didn't know is I'm related to Oprah Winfrey directly and I'm related to Oprah Winfrey just so you understand so there's nothing that I made up they actually did this and it's actually in my sealed Federal records so you can understand exactly why I'm dragging them for everything that they're worth they're not worth the deliberate gaslighting provoking that they did the deliberate levels of misconduct that they pulled and everything that they pulled all through 2018 and 2019 was in consistent with what they preach that they do and everything that they have is old content I was able to find it elsewhere and while they were up here playing it's from 2010 so there's nothing new it's a scam scheme and fraud and they're nothing but out of order provoking gas sign miserable toxic people they locked me out of my account and the Amazon strings proved and I had a forensic investigator that proved that they sat there and messed with the password I was locked out of my account and William is the one that was their it that did that he was in Colorado so I want you guys to understand exactly how far it's going to go in civil criminal Court civil lawsuits and criminal lawsuit for what they did to me and that was 2018 on into 2019 so all the things that they're responding are nothing but a pack of lies they are nothing but a fraud scheme and scam and that's why I actually talk to the coaching federation about them and I've recommended them be shut down and they should so the lies that they're telling in the response are straight up lies
