What made my experience great was having a little bit of information dropped weekly on every Friday. That gave me a whole week to get the lessons done without being overwhelmed. I loved the videos! Although Carey and Stacey were not physically in the room with me, I felt like they were when they were teaching the lessons. They made each video fun to watch. I learned a lot and retained a lot. When the videos were over, I could always go back and watch them again if I missed something. The company did a great job at keeping up with the lessons that I had completed, so I always knew where to start when I log in and out. The calendar was great because you knew what each week would cover. The information was explained so that you knew what to do step by step. If you didn't know something, you could always ask someone in the class by sending them a message or via the Facebook group. I loved the ENTIRE PROGRAM from start to finish. I think this program is by far the best that is out there because you can use the information forever. THANK YOU Carey and Stacey and the Health Coach Team for putting such a phenomenal program together!!!!!!

U love learning the structure of how to coach. This program provides wonderful information that is so easy to find and review before sessions. I just think it is all put together very well. This structure makes me a better coach.

As a retired teacher I was looking for my purpose and decided to become a Health and Life coach. My fears of being to old or the what “if’s” soon diminished into excitement in the process. The program is laid out in such a way that one can move at your own pace. You are coached every step of the way with live and video sessions from real coaches. If you’re looking to become a coach take a serious look at Health Coach Institution, I highly recommend them!

I signed up to better equip myself against my increasingly negative self talk and critical judgment. I saw, through the program, the distinction between i have a problem vs i am the problem. i was connected to my problem-solving skills.
