I really thought the skills lab really helped reinforce what we needed to learn and practice along the way. I also think it was good to have us have practice clients and go through the whole 90 day program. I also felt the video lectures were much more helpful than just reading text and love that you had ready to use scripts, coaching action documents, and hand outs to help really get us on our way. It’s a very well thought out program and shows how much you care about coaching and helping all of us have an easier time launching in a successful fashion.

HCI is the perfect program for anyone looking into life and health coaching. Stacy and Carey both cover a lot and you have plenty of time to complete it at your own pace. Plus, you have community support from the folks who join the same year as you!
