I am so happy that I chose to enroll with Health Coach Institute. The Health & Life coaching program is awesome! I learned a lot about myself, my beliefs and my habits. I gained confidences in areas I did not know I needed to work on. I learned how to breathe again. This experience has been one of the best life changing experiences for me. I am so excited to begin my coaching journey to help others to gain confidence and be empowered to have successful changes in their lives. I had enough time to process each and every class. Skills lab helped a lot. Support team also helps a lot U can always go back to the .material which is great Instead of being thrown into a cosching session, you are given guidelines and a script to follow if this is something u wish.

I have learned so much in the last six months!! What I LOVE about this program is that there is so much truth in the lessons, which brings about habit change when applied. The use of agency (choices) and accountability is super innate in everyone and very applicable to the success of the program. Very well applied. I really like the positivity, motivation and encouragement that is woven throughout the whole program which, can and should spill over into our personal lives. I love the idea of experiencing change using curiosity, discovery and experimenting. After all, life is a big experimental journey- with the tools we have been given, it blesses our journey and gives us a sort of guide along the way.

The program is extremely thorough and has so much great information!! Stacey and Carey are amazing!! So glad I signed up and invested in myself.

It has been fascinating and amazing how well Stacy and Carey draw together each lesson and hand you the framework needed to guide clients.

This program will set you up for success better than most other coaching certifiers. They’ll make sure you know how to coach on health, life, career, love, connecting with a high power, and money. AND they’ll give you a dialogue to help get you started. It’s worth it!

The materials we covered were very comprehensive and what I need to set myself up for success in my business. Enjoyed the blended learning approach and the interactions with peers as part of lab practice.
