Horrible experience with this company. I placed an order in August it is now technically November and they have yet to ship my order out because they are “out of stock” even though they are still advertising it on their website and you’re still able to purchase except you will have to wait an extremely long time. Now their NEW restock date for my order is November 22, 2023. When I originally placed my order August 21st 2023. That would mean I would have waited 3 months (or more if they change the restock date AGAIN) for my order. That’s crazy. Every time I email to get an update I am told a different restock date. So disappointing. I would not recommend.

I have not received anything but a confirmation! Nothing has been sent and no tracking has been sent! Is this place a scam? I can’t reach anyone thru email to get information On my Order #139904. After weeks of trying to contact them, they did sent me a refund for my order.

i ordered some celtic salt and i emailed the company and these people haven't replied or bothered to send me a refund on my order status thats says 'UNFULFILLED" you guys suck ! and i hope who ever is reading this email you dont make a purchased with this company , THERE LYING AND RIPING PEOPLE Out there money ! SCAMMERS . i hope THIS BUSSINESS FALL APART ! Riping us out of our hard earned money !!!!

I placed an order on Sept. 5, 2023. My money was removed the same day and posted on my bank account on the next. I have written 2 emails, tried calling the number on their Facebook page and received nothing back except the same order confirmation email that I got when I ordered. The last email was sent on Oct. 11, 2023 and I have still not received any response back. My opinion is that if this were a legitimate company, they would have better customer service and care about their reputation. Also my money would not leave my bank until order was shipped.

This company claimed to have an item in stock when Amazon and others were out. My order was quickly processed and charged. I received no shipping notice for ten days. I searched and found an email and asked status: git a prompt reply saying my order ‘confused the system,’ the product was out of stock and it would take ten days to refund my card. Seems a scam. Presumably they hope people will forget their order so the company can keep the money.

FRAUD! My order was never shipped! All my emails were ignored and now this store changed its contact email to NOREPLY__healthcentralusa.com! I already reported them and waiting for the bank to refund me. My order #126219 will be refunded and these thieves will be caught. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE! REPORT THEM TO THE FBI!

This company is a scam. I place and order 9/25/23. I have not received my product. I have reached out to the company and gotten no response they took my money. Please be aware,do not do business with this so called company

Order placed on 9/20/23 no word about order status and zero responses to my attempts to contact. Very prompt on getting your money for the order then no customer service what so ever.
