I placed an order online with Nature's Pantry and they were having trouble with the website. So when I called them, they told me they would send the product to me as quick as they can get the item in stock. Four days later, I received my product and that was over the Memorial weekend! I was extremely happy to get my product as quickly as I did. Tracy was great! Thanks for taking ownership of my order! Charlene

So far I have had a pleasant experience with this company.I made an order and accidentally chose the wrong shipping method(in my defense tho, it is rather confusing for national rather than "local Dallas" delivery).Anyhow, Tracy from customer service sent an informative email response immediately!(unfortunately product is out of stock tho:( now!)I will wait for restock and she notified me that in a week or two it can then be shipped to me.Depending on the circumstances at that time I will edit/update my review, but so far I am happy!Thank you Tracy for your prompt informative response! 😀
