Total scam
Total scam. I ordered 2 items and was never given a tracking number and they never responded to my enquiries asking what happened to my purchase. i had to contact my bank to dispute charges. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Not a reputable company 66% negative reviews!!!
Not a reputable company 66% of the reviewer are 1 star & negative review...This is what happened so far with me... and my email to their customer service Hello Melody, I just don't know what to say or think. You have had my order now for over a month and no tracking information was sent and you still didn't supply any proof my order has been sent or gave any sort of a solution to the issue that is "out of stock". What is the company going to do to make good on this issue? Instead of banal email what is the solution to the fact you have taken $126.30 and not delivered anything and not even offered to resend immediately once in stock or to at least refund in full. Why not step up and actually do something and call me to discuss or make good the original order? There is no phone number for your company either. All red flags David Oliva

Hello! Thank you for your concern. Recently we have hired a lot more customer service personal to handle the high order volume. If you sort these reviews by the last 30 days you will see we have mostly 5 star reviews. If you check your order confirmation you will see that you requested us to deliver your order in 2 to 4 weeks. We specialize in sourcing hard to find and often out of stock items. This will cause our stock availability to fluctuate often. Please check back soon to see if your product is back in stock and choose a shipping option that fits you best. Thank you! Fyi- We have a phone number and it is probably listed here on TrustPilot. People just choose chat more often as it has a faster turnaround time and it creates a record for you to easily refer to in the future.

I bought an item for leg cramps and…
I bought an item for leg cramps and have not received anything in 8 weeks. No response and worse no available route to check on order. Don’t be scammed by these crooks! I lost 12$- won’t lose another dime with these shiesters!

However when you chose what type of shipping option you wanted you chose to have it delivered in Dallas. This created an issue in the system preventing shipment. We have refunded this order. Never received item
Never received item, was promised a refund. Never received refund. Thought I was done, but I am not done. This company provides fake responses and does not do the things they say they are doing. I have not received my order and I have not received a refund.

Apple Pay wasn’t working when I placed…
Apple Pay wasn’t working when I placed my order so I had to input my credit card info (which I was apprehensive about). Waited 2 weeks for shipping status and never received so I Emailed customer service and asked when to expect my order and they said it was discontinued by the manufacturer and would give me a refund. I received a refund but 2 weeks later, there was a fraudulent charge for almost $400 on my credit card from a city in Texas… this company is in Dallas. Coincidence? I think not. I had to have my credit card shut down thanks to this company because this is the only place I have used my credit card at in years and having had to input my credit card info upon checkout and not being able to use Applepay obviously allowed this company access to my credit card info. Shame on them.

Order never received!
After over a month without receiving my order and no contact from Health Central USA, I requested cancellation of the order and disputed the charge on my credit card. The only contact info on their website was email and I never received a reply to my inquiries either!

Product didn't ship and their email address bounced as bogus
Placed an order. Shipping showed 14-28 days. Almost 30 days later it hadn't shipped. Worse yet when I tried to email them to ask about the order (after 30 days) their email address bounced back as undeliverable. Twice. No way to contact them. Opened a claim with my credit card company. Health Central refunded without explanation in less than 48 hours. Are they even a real company? Beware! ************* UPDATE: In response to their reply. No. They did not send a reply email. It was not in my spam. Because the email I tried to send them bounced back saying info at healthcentralusa.com (can't enter an email address here) does not exist.That was on two different days when I tried to email them before opening a claim. This was the second time I had placed an order with this company. Both times they emailed me some time down the road to say they could not fill the order. Never again!
