I ordered on 3/16 I provided a phone number and received an email as proof of order confirmation. Nothing else. No product, and no shipping information, yes I did want updates. I also have proof the money has been taken from my bank. I still have no product. Same story with me. I ordered on 3/2, and till now 4/20 do not receive any. The bank charges me 25.08 on the same day. Unfortunately didn't read people's experiences.

This is horrible. I ordered my items on 3/20 even has the bank charges to prove it. As of today 4/16 nothing has been shipped. I have emailed multiple times now and no one has gotten back to me in one business day. I checked my spam/junk mail each day. Nothing. I want my money back. This is disgusting, how can you do that people who are just trying to buy a product.

We put a stop on your order, cancelled and refunded it. If you need your items quicker place a new order with the shipping speed you need. Absolute scam. Spent 35.58 and they never sent the product. They did take the money though. I have emailed multiple times for a refund because you can’t call them. The number just says they work from home bc of covid. They might respond to this review as they have other bad reviews to tell me they contacted me and to check my spam folder. I check daily. They have made no effort to respond, refund or send the product I ordered. Just an awful company. I plan on filing a report with BBB and leaving a review wherever I can to warn others about this garbage website. If it was possible to do zero or negative stars, I would. Just awful. UPDATE: They still haven’t gotten in contact with me but I see they were quick to respond to a review of themselves on trust pilot. Checked my spam and still no contact or refund. I just want a refund. I have contacted them daily on their “contact us” page on their website to ask for the product or a refund. I will update this review once they have actually done anything about the issue. Update: It’s April 29th and I have contacted them every day since they responded to this review. Still no word back or refund. Will def update if they ever decide to contact or refund my money. (They won’t)

Hello! We are sorry to hear about that. You sent us an email on Saturday. We reply within one business day. You only gave our team about 12 weekend hours to respond which wasn't enough time. We reviewed your order and you specifically asked us to deliver between 4/5 and 4/19. We have found that we need to deliver exactly in the window of when the customer selects bc if we send the package before then sometimes the recipient won't be home to get it. We have canceled this order. If you want you can place a new order with a more expedited delivery choice if you want. You can email us with your old and new order number and we will put a rapid dispatch on it for you if you want. Thank you!
