Not really sure how you could have an issue finding our contact info. We also do not show any emails from you which means you probably didn't send anything to our customer service email address. I researched your issue, if you look at your order confirmation/receipt email, you will see for the delivery address, you put Austin. However, when you chose what type of shipping option you wanted, you chose to have it delivered in Dallas. This created an issue in the system preventing shipment. We have refunded this order. Here is what I am initially seeing on your order. - On 5/21 you placed an order for many different sku's. - You chose the Dallas shipping promotion yet you put a delivery address of Ohio. Clearly that are not near each other. - The shipping window you requested was to have it delivered within 28 days. We are still in the window. - You did send us an email yesterday. We clearly state we need 24 business hours to respond. - We have canceled this order. If you want you can place a new order and choose a shipping option that is correct for the destination you input.
