Jeffery Saxon was extremely knowledgeable and truly helped

I have lots of appointments and I received a call from HealthCare Select Pharmacy. I returned the call the next day after the 3 appointments I had. The person I talked to was knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions. The customer service agent was easy to talk to.

I spoke with Leo with Healthcare Select. He was very professional, happy to assist me and very knowledgeable of the resources offered to me. He ensured that I understood the information he was sharing with me. That meant a lot! He had a wealth of information!

I was transfered three times then told to go on line to see what I qualified for.. why waste my time with a phone call if all I am going to be told is go on line to see what I qualify for.

When reading about health select, they say one thing, then when you call; they say something else. What you specify, you need to stay with what you say

Honestly, nothing was wrong. All advocate were very professional, knowlegeable & polite. They each took time to listen, to my concerns provided help.

They were responsible, respectful,and curtious.they also listened to me if needed be and most importantly they were human😉it doesn't get much better than that such a great staff and thanks to them I'm on track 👍🏾 excellent work!

When I got transferred to the other team they picked up the phone and hung up.
