They were very helpful and explained every detail and really took their time and listened to me

I had one simple question. Person on phone did not listen. She kept asking all these questions and gathering information to sign me up. I told her o was not interested. Was told if I didn’t agree to terms she couldn’t answer my question. When done with questioning she said I was a member and was going to hang up. I reminded her that I called for a question I needed an answer to. IT WAS ALL A JOKE!! I still have no idea what HealthSelect is nor do I care at this point.

Very kind and supportive customer service

I love the people on the 6 floor. They went over and behind their job. My husband was very sick and they kept on cking on him. They are my angels . They deserved an award for being so special. They cared for me too. Always asking if I needed anything. They get 5 plus stars. Way to go !

I felt you explained the plan well. although I have a question about my plan.

First of all, it all started with Ms. JaLesia Batiste. She was phenomenal.I called for one thing and she answered that and continued on with my plan A and B. Whomever trained her did a great job bc she knew all my answers and add some😀 just great. Now when hiring someone for this company I recommend her as your trainer. She was nice and easy to understand not once did she had to repeat herself not once. She must have known me bc usually you had to repeat yourself to me bc something’s is hard for me to understand but not with her. So, I’m gonna let you guys go for now and hope in the future some ppl that answer your phone be nurturing, and considerate as Ms. Batiste. God bless and have a great day!
