I was in a conversation I joined, we got cut off, and no one called back. When I called the company they never heard of me and said it was a scam, especially when I said they wanted my social. They said they don't ask for that.

They were very thorough they took the time to explained the benefits tailored to my illness. They also got me the right provider and pharmacy.

the people are the best, the agent went over my concerns and needs and immediatly went to work helping me choose a plan Everyone was very attendative and helped me move from another plan / company that suited my needs..

People are kind n patient. But some could talk a little bit slower.

The three people I worked with over the phone were all professional and courteous allowing me time to ask any questions and explained everything clearly and to.my complete understanding while being polite and helpful in a timely manner. All the people were friendly and happy enough to help me find the healthcare I needed to find. All in all an excellent hour and a half on the phone that felt like a half hour honestly.

The Agents were kind, patient and knowledgeable. Very good with informative topics regarding 'Healthcare Select'. Thank you!
