The agent who signed my husband & I up 1/2026 & the 2 after that to verify/review the plan were not fully transparent about how the Flex plan or Healthy Benefits plan work. We weren’t told the Healthy Benefits were going to be paid into our account rather than a “card” to use at participating merchants, they just said you’ll get $135 to use a participating merchants. I’m not collecting Social Security yet, & they didn’t explain how that would work. Since I hadn’t received the benefit, after sign up, I called & got wrong information from 2 agents, finally the last agent informed me the Healthy Benefit payment would be credited to my Medicare payment. My husband had a credit on his Social Security & had no idea what it was for as this was not explained. The Flex card was not explained at all as far as earning credits when used at participating merchants or events,etc. The first 2 agents told me I wasn’t signed up for Healthy Benefits “which I was” according to what I was sold on when applied. Those agents told me I had to earn credits to get the $135. which was wrong.
