My experience was great, because no matter how many times I asked to repeat information, they did. For me personally, due to the medications I take, my brain functions slower than usual. So, it might be helpful if they are being asked frequently to repeat, consider slowing down the pace of their speaking . They asked questions to better informed of any other needs I might have. Which turns out I did, and proved to be very cost saving. Thank you to ALL who helped me with my HealthCare needs.
