I didn’t like them asking me for my Medicare number without letting me know why the needed it. And the automated program could not get past me not giving it out. I did like the automated program gathering information.

I disagree strongly with the charges that I had to pay. I know what you say you are charging me for, but what I am trying to explain to you is that when we talked on the phone, you explained to me that Aneta was offering this program and never said anything about me paying any money at all. So it was very much misinformed.
