I was consistently called repeatedly, when I did answer I was told that this was supposed to be just to check the benefits I have and see if I qualify for additional coverages and benefits. However it was actually to see about changing my plan all together that I already have. When I originally asked if that was what they were calling to do. I was told no, that it was in addition to the plan I have.

I was on the phone from 0750 thur 1000am . On hold and then after transfer from one agent to another and another and then a man on the fourth reintegrate again then waiting another 15 minutes he never responded. I hung up and called back Katin and another person picked up and went though the same thing and I picked dental was on hold for 15-20 minutes then they said automated would call me back; they never called. Then I got a text that I was enrolled but never got a confirmation #. I refuse to change my policy…..
