I know it takes quite a bit of time to have your benefits switched The agents are so good in covering the details and informative that you can ask them or better yet hint that your time for it is so little that they will get the clue and get you through it saving some time. For me I have to switch back and forth. Done very quickly.

I was given knowledge regarding some of my medication needs to be discontinued. I will discuss with my Primary Care Physician on Thursday March 5, 2026. Select Care will notify my doctor regarding the medication that needs to be discontinued.

They lied and told me "everything is free" connected me from one person to the next, with the last person trying to sale me insurance I don't need. At every step I asked "is there a fee" and was told no sir were going to get you this help and that help all for free. But once I told the guy, I am "not spending any money" I haven't heard anything from any service that was going to be supplied. I'm 65, totally disabled, living on SSI, and this company was preying on me. How dare you. I should go to the news outlets to get you some real attention
