Agent easy to work with

I just got it, so I don't know a lot about it. One thing is that Urgent Care clinics are all about the State of Alabama, and it appears that I can't use them anymore. So, I have to find a new family Dr. which is not that easy to do. You find someone you like and get to know over time, then change to this plan and now I can't use them anymore. I wish I would have been told that in the beginning as I might have made other choices.

I really cannot express how truly grateful I am for the assistance I received when I called in for help. I am having a lupus flare up, and the inflammation I am experiencing affects my vision most likely from inflammation of my optic nerve as well as other neurological symptoms like involuntary hand tremors. All of this makes reading screens and typing challenging.
