Very helpfull

You guys are doing a great job because i was a little confused at first with what was going on with my meds because i have been with select rx for 3 years now to which is a company that delivers your meds to you anyways everything is going well now though.

I was misled. I was transferred over to your company.. I was trying to find out a question about Medicare durable equipment providers and they tried to sell me an Advantage plan that I was not remotely interested in. Then the salesman hung up. Very rude. It seems like a scam to unsuspecting persons.

Very helpful. If I could have one small complaint, it took a hour and a half. I got to one last customer service guy, we got disconnected and he didn’t attempt a phone call back
